As a Business Operations & Automation Analyst Ford Champ at Ford Motor Company, you will support key tasks in business operations management, data analysis and reporting, process automation and optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking and analyzing budget usage to ensure alignment with annual forecasts
- Managing Purchase Orders (POs) and budget approvals
- Maintaining accurate Team Rosters, Organizational Charts, and Distribution Lists
- Developing 'Health Charts' and dashboards to visualize business task status
- Conducting ad-hoc resource studies and workload analysis
- Analyzing administrative workflows to identify bottlenecks and develop automation solutions using tools like Excel VBA/Macros, Python, PowerBI Power Automate
- Leveraging AI tools to summarize meeting notes, draft communications, and accelerate data analysis
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Automotive) or a related technical discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience with basic coding logic (Python, SQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and streamline processes
- Strong English proficiency (written, reading, and oral)
